OK. Better now.
So, I have all these grandiose ideas of how I’m going to make all of these wonderful changes.
And really, they’re good!
(And isn’t there always a but?)
I think what needs to happen before I can try to implement these great ideas is I need some type of (SMALL) evening and morning routine.
So, the first thing I’m going to do is work on getting an evening routine down pat. I’m thinking simple to start:
After kids are in bed, (1) check the calendar and make any lists/reminders I need for the next day.
Right before bed, (2) brush my teeth, (3) lay out my clothes, and (4) have some “renewing my spirit” time!
That can’t be too hard…. right?!?!
Who is going to try this with me?
Side note: to anyone reading who is thinking, “Ummm… doesn’t everyone do those things before bed?” the answer is no. Plain and simple. Some of us struggle with things as “simple” as that! Check out FLYLADY for more info on how we work!
